If you haven't begun a fitness routine and are looking to start one but have no clue were to begin. You could start by doing a little research on the type of fitness that you would enjoy participating in, one which would match your level of experience with the inclusion of your current health and fitness. So many of us jump right into the latest health trend and forget about any possible side effects or recovery time that may need to be included.
And of course If you have any history of illness or injury consult a medical provider before beginning anything new.
Once you establish a safe level of activity you can participate in. It couldn't hurt to try out different styles that appeal to you.
For instance, if you appreciate the outdoors, you could benefit from the fresh air of the mountains. Planning a gentle hike with the appropriate attire and gear could open your lungs. It could also open your mind to ideas and give you the vitality to act on those ideas you may come up with during you hike.
I personally rather enjoy a hike along a well planted trail. One with plenty of greenery,or a quaint little stream of water. I tend to open up very well within this environment.
Many ideas are born when we are closest to nature. So get out there, make the step to becoming a better you. And share the good thoughts with others.
And always remember safety first. Don't go wondering off into the woods alone with no way of contacting anyone. Or climb a cliff without the appropriate training and gear. I understand the importance of needing alone time, however it is wise to buddy up when going on a hike. Companionship is a wonderful gift. And sharing natures beauty while getting fit with a friend could prove to be beneficial.
Keeping with you a smartly packed first aid kit is advisable since there are other living being that we may encounter along the way, such as insects, snakes and spiders as well as non-domestic animals. Do some research on what you may need in your pack depending on the area you will be traveling.
I myself wouldn't reach out and touch, so I wouldn't advise that you do that either. But we all have our own way of living so remember to enjoy yourself.
